As summer is winding down and the fall frenzy is around the corner, how can we sustain the momentum of our summer wellness journey?

There are some weeks (or many) when “everything” is happening, and the focus on our health and wellbeing may not be a priority. I’m here to share some pearls of wisdom to keep you moving forward.

  1. Celebrate Your Wins: Remember when you swapped out sugary snacks for nourishing ones? Or when you hit that personal record on your morning jog? Every accomplishment, big or small, deserves a celebration. Acknowledging your victories boosts your confidence and reinforces the positive changes you’re making.

  2. Small Steps, Big Impact: Let’s be honest; change can be overwhelming. The secret? Take small, manageable steps. Start by incorporating one new vegetable into your meals or dedicate a few minutes daily to mindful breathing. These tiny shifts gradually build into a healthier lifestyle that’s sustainable in the long run.
